'GarnerWorld' is a site about the Garner family of Tadley, Hampshire in the UK. It's predominantly about our interests, our friends, our pets, our hobbies and of course our holidays. I'm an 'Adenoline junkie' and 'computer nut' and enjoy everything of a technical nature. I've also been into DIY in a big way for more years than I care to mention.

I enjoy preparing and eating good food. Dining out with a show or a film is especially enjoyable.

I've been doing ballet since I was three and have a lot of medals and certificates. I'm a teenager so I like LOUD music and playing my guitar. I like bands such as Placebo and HIM but anything rock is cool.

I'm the artistic one. I love writing stories and poems and drawing. Sometimes I cook with mum or dad and I like doing that too. I'm the best at making the dough for dad's special home-made pizzas but he won't admit I'm better than he is.

Our mini Lop rabbits (Dusty, Star, Sweep and Sally) are mine really but mum and dad seem to cuddle them as much as I do. Check out their photo album here.

We've lived in a late 50's semi-detached house in a quiet residential area of Tadley since 1988. Never heard of it I hear you cry! You'll have heard of Aldermaston (home of the Atomic Weapons Establishment) - Tadley is next-door. We're out-in-the-sticks close to Basingstoke, Reading and Newbury.

We moved here when Kate was just under a year old and of course Lauren was born here. Lauren is a true southerner and even has a southern accent. Kate has a northern accent which is curious as we moved down south when she was tiny, way before she learnt to speak.
